Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Crushwed. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Crushwed. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other members.
• Create, upload, request, possess, share, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or engage in child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, or trafficking.
• Upload viruses, spam, or malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We have zero tolerance for CSAE. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where lawful, and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. See our Community Guidelines for the reporting and child-safety response process.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software in Crushwed are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, pose a risk to other members, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the community. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

7. Disclaimer

Crushwed is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crushwed operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
