Community Guidelines

1. Be respectful

Treat every member with dignity. Discriminatory language, slurs, hate speech, or personal attacks based on religion, caste, gender, nationality, disability, or any other characteristic are strictly prohibited.

2. Be honest

Provide accurate information in your profile. Do not use fake photos, misrepresent your age, marital status, religion, or intentions. Honesty is the foundation of a genuine match.

3. No harassment or stalking

Do not send repeated, unwanted, or threatening messages. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, you must respect that boundary immediately. Harassment, stalking, or intimidation will result in suspension or permanent removal.

4. No scams or financial exploitation

Never ask for money, request financial favors, or share suspicious links. If you suspect someone is running a scam, report them immediately using the Report button on their profile or chat.

5. Child safety: zero tolerance for CSAE

Crushwed strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Do not create, upload, request, share, distribute, link to, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, trafficking, or any sexualization or exploitation of a child. This prohibition applies to profiles, photos, messages, links, and any other use of the service. We may remove content, disable accounts, preserve relevant information where lawful, and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

6. No other explicit or harmful content

Do not share sexually explicit adult images, vulgar language, or violent content. This includes profile photos, chat messages, and selfie verification images. Violations may lead to content removal or account action.

7. Protect your privacy

Do not share personal information such as bank details, home address, or passwords with someone you just met online. Report any member who asks for sensitive personal data.

8. Reporting and blocking

If you encounter inappropriate behavior:

• Use Report this profile → Child safety concern for suspected CSAE, grooming, or underage accounts. For other concerns, choose the closest report reason.
• Use Block to stop further contact immediately.
• Do not download, forward, attach, or email suspected CSAM. Report the profile in-app and provide only the information needed to locate it.
• For child-safety concerns you cannot report in-app, contact the designated Child Safety Contact at crushwed.app@gmail.com. This contact must be monitored by the service operator.

9. Review and response

We review reports, take appropriate action to remove confirmed CSAM and address accounts involved in CSAE, and escalate suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. We restrict access to reported content and preserve evidence only as permitted or required by law. Reports are confidential to the extent permitted by law.

10. Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account deletion
• Referral to law enforcement where required
