Delete Your Account
Sign in with your Crushwed account credentials to permanently delete your account and associated data.
Before you continue
- Your password is sent securely to our sign-in endpoint only; it is not stored by this page.
- Deletion is permanent. Your profile, photos, preferences, and account data will be removed. Sent messages are anonymized; messages from other participants may remain in their conversation history.
- Some moderation reports, deactivated match/conversation records, and message history may be retained for safety, other participants' history, or legal reasons as described in our Data Retention & Deletion policy.

Data deletion
When processed, we delete your account and attempt to remove your profile, photos, preferences, matches, conversations, and most related data. Sent messages are anonymized; messages from other participants may remain in their history.
Retention exceptions
Some records may be retained for safety, other participants' history, legal compliance, or moderation purposes (e.g. moderation reports) as described in our Data Retention & Deletion policy. We do not guarantee deletion of data already shared with other users where required to preserve their experience or comply with legal obligations.
Processing timelines
Requests submitted via this form are processed immediately where possible via our backend deletion flow. If you submit by email, we aim to process your request within a reasonable timeframe and will confirm when completed, subject to verification of account ownership.
